A refreshing topping for grilled chicken, pork or fish.
Yield: 4 to 5 cups salsa
Finely mince lime zest. Mix juice, zest, vinegar, sugar, cilantro, cumin and cinnamon together to make dressing. Gently mix pears, kiwi, papaya and pepper; fold into dressing. Chill for one hour before serving.
Recipe can be doubled. Any variety of pear can be substituted. Source: Pear Bureau Northwest
